Restore Device

 

The Restore tab of Device Management allows a Supervisor to restore device settings to a new or existing device if a Backup was performed in the Device tab.

 

First, select the Device Family from the drop-down, where:

  • vPod refers to the T5 and VPod Model devices.

 

For the specified Division, Customer, Location and Device, select the related Backup from the list and click .   

 

Note

A backup can only be restored to a device at its original Division/Customer/Location – a backup cannot cross divisions.
